Pick up
We offer pick up on selected items in Brisbane & Melbourne. Upon checkout choose the "Pick up from store" option. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.

Postage and Handling Charges
As per the item. Free post is offered on a selection of our products. Alternatively some of our products refer to a specific Australia Post rate table working on your location and our shipping point; this will be calculated upon check out.
With larger/bulk products, upon check out you will be directed to contact our team for a freight quote & to make delivery arrangements.
If you are ordering large quantities and variations of products, we are happy to find the best postage price available. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Correct Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from farmUP. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our team immediately. We are unable to change delivery details once items are dispatched & additional charges will apply if orders require resending.

If you receive your order & realise you have made a mistake or have changed your mind, please contact our team. You will be required to return the item to farmUP unused & in the original packaging. When received, farmUP will confirm that the item meets all conditions & refund the purchase value of the product using the original payment method.

Should you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged/faulty please contact us within 48 hours. We offer a 12 month warranty on most products. The team at farmUP will determine the best way to rectify any issues, to ensure you receive the correct item or a replacement as required.
