General Description:

·         H10B series housings they are all dedicated for cold water on domestic and commercial applications. H10B series housings are compatible with broad range of 2 ½” x 10” type cartridges widely available on the market.

·         FHPRx-B1-AQ series housings consist of a transparent sump an head with brass ¾” inlet/outlet inserts and two O-rings (one

·         placed around sump thread and the other inside filter head). A transparent sump allows for the evaluation of cartridge contamination.

·         Heads are equipped with a pressure relief valve (providing ability to release air pressure during cartridge replacement procedure).

·         Utilization of two O-rings ensures maximum leak proof performance.

Aquafilter FCPS5 Melt-blown Polypropylene Filter Cartridge

Aquafilter FCPS series cartridge are NSF certified using FDA approved polypropylene for material requirements.

The construction of this pure polypropylene, surfactant-free depth filter ensures low pressure drops, with exceptional dirt holding capabilities. FCPS uses no resin binders, lubricants, antistatic or releases agents or other chemical additives.

The one-step manufacturing process continuously extrudes and thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers into a complex filter matrix.

Cartridges are characterized by excellent sediment absorption of sand, silt, rust and suspended solids from potable water.

Polypropylene fibres are chemical resistant and prevent development of microorganisms. In addition, these filter cartridges effectively protect expensive home appliances and residential pluming systems.

FCPS series cartridges are an ideal true depth filters and can be used for filtration of cold potable water.

Aquafilter wide range of melt-blown cartridges has multiple fibre zones. These multi-fibre zones provide a graded pore structure throughout the filter’s depth. Aquafilter filter cartridges have been designed to capture and retain contaminants throughout the entire cross section of the filter.

The multiple fibre zones give filter Aquafilter cartridges a major competitive advantage over other melt-blown filter with fewer pore size gradients in their structure.

Aquafilter melt-blown filters demonstrate true graded depth filtration the results are long filter life, therefore lower consumable costs.

Notice:

Prior to first use, soak the filter cartridge in cold water for minimum 2 hours.

Important notice:

We strongly recommend regularly scheduled maintenance and replacement of the filter cartridge in order for the product to perform properly.

Replace the filter cartridge at least every 3 – 6 months (depending on water quality and water consumption).

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge and also reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 5% handling charge for items that have been ordered in error. Return carriage charges have to be at the buyers expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund. All items are sold with a thirty day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the items description on the main listing. Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. We will not accept warranty claims for DIY fitting of components by none trained persons. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection. Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given.
