Our kit is 5/16" thick, The pieces  are 1/2" wide by 6 inches long,  always ask the person who you might buy from how thick their foam is, Others here on ebay are only 1/16" thick, ours is 5/16"  the point of replacing your helmet pads is to make your helmet more comfortable,  you'll love ours.
