                   This caliber of metal alloy gives industrial quality to the “do it yourself” customer with true corrosion resistance that high valued water ionizers, water processors, treatment plants and medical chemical processing laboratories in fact use. Do not get stuck with the cheap stuff like Titanium grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, stainless steel, nickel, brass, lead, copper, and iron. Using cheap metals in the process of electrolysis and or water ionization will contaminate the solution with corroding metal pollutants. Risking your environment on lower quality metals will jeopardize the entire processing quality and ongoing valued results.

                   The superiority of Titanium Grade 7 possesses excellent weld-ability and is the most resistant to corrosion of all titanium alloys. The addition of the element palladium makes it the most resistant to corrosion in reducing acids, high PH levels and low/high extremes in temperature. Palladium is a direct congener to Platinum, in chemistry, congeners are related chemical substances "related to each other by origin, structure, and function". Commercially Pure solid Titanium & Palladium alloy is a much more sustainable choice than metal dipped in platinum coating. These electrodes will significantly reduce the Oxidation Reduction Potential or ORP values in processing. This corrosion resistance is useful to boost antioxidants in oxidizing/reducing environments, protect against crevice erosion, oxidation of machinery and the longevity of production components. Regular maintenance, cleaning and replacements of pieces are needed for high performance applications.

                   Other useful properties include optimum ductility, cold form-ability, useful strength, impact toughness and excellent weld-ability. Although titanium grade 7 does possess these traits, Telvocel can not monitor application setup and or supervise any environment for customers, furthermore; since Telvocel can not monitor processing procedures for customers, Telvocel can not guarantee or supply insurance for quality of any kind or any resulting methods.

                   Pieces are 100% Genuine Authentic Titanium Grade 7. Pieces are new and never used but may show some signs of metalwork when cutting metal to size and punching holes. The signs of metalwork may include abrasions, scuffs and cutting tool marks showing some cosmetic imperfection.
