This "Cathode Modulator Series Switch Box" features a Triton 8960 Pulse Modulator Tetrode RF Tube with an Eimac SK-510 Socket and SK-506 Glass Chimney (the top is broken, please see photos above for detail), as shown.
It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
However, I have no way of testing it or any of the other components, and it is being sold as-is.
