Books and Sheet Music (without CDs, DVDs or digital content)
If you are unhappy with your item then you can return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Books and Sheet Music (with CDs, DVDs or digital content), CDs and DVDs
To return any of these items then they must be unopened and in original condition. All discs must unplayed and still sealed. Any codes for downloading additional content must be unused.
Faulty Items
Occasionally items are faulty and have to be returned for exchange. Please see 'How to Return an Item' below. If the item is faulty then you will not have to pay for the return postage.
Delivery Charges for Returns
You will be responsible for all returns exept for items received faulty or supplied in error.
