Up for sale is a vinyl sign which has been engraved to read EMPLOYEES. It measures 8" long by 2" tall and has holes on either end so it may be attached to a door or wall with screws or nails. New old stock in package from Tag Engraving (Central Industries Corporation Muscatine, Iowa). See images to judge for yourself its worth to you. 

As for shipping…I have been selling on eBay for many years and it has been my practice to offer a flat rate charge for shipping. This flat rate sometimes is not enough to cover the cost of shipping especially to the east and west coasts, so occasionally we eat the additional shipping cost which is only right. We also take great pride in our packaging and this too has costs which are rarely covered in the charges for shipping so on that rare occasion when shipping is less than we quote we are able to make a few cents here and there which can go towards the overall cost of supplies.
