  • TO FIT FRONT & REAR SPINDLE 

    THESE MEASURE 50MM IN DIAMETER AND  48MM (MAX) IN LENGTH, MUCH LONGER THAN MANY EBAY SELLERS, WHICH OBVIOUSLY GIVES YOU EXTRA PROTECTION, AND LOCATE WITHIN THE AXLE BORE, SO DO NOT FLOAT ABOUT IN CASE THE BIKE FALLS, ALSO GIVING BETTER PROTECTION.

  • VERY SIMPLE TO FIT SIMPLY CUT THREAD BAR TO DESIRED LENGTH , FULL INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED

  • FRONT AXLE ALSO INCLUDES A M24 REPLACEMENT TITANIUM GR5 LOCK BOLT WITH A 8.5MM HOLE DRILLED THOUGH THE CENTRE ALLOWING THE FITTING OF THIS SET, THIS REPLACES THE ORIGINAL SOLID BOLT SUPPLIED AS STANDARD.

 

  • REAR AXLE ALSO INCLUDES A M25 REPLACEMENT TITANIUM GR5 LOCK NUT WITH THROUGH HOLE  ALLOWING THE FITTING OF THIS SET, THIS REPLACES THE ORIGINAL SOLID NUT SUPPLIED AS STANDARD. 

PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THIS KIT WITH CHEAP CHINESE IMPORTS, THAT USE ALUMINIUM REPLACEMENT NUTS AND BOLTS, I HAVE TESTED BOTH OF THE TITANIUM NUT AND BOLT UPTO 150 NM AND THEY DID NOT FAIL. THE FRONT AXLE BOLT IS TIGHTENED UPTO 40NM AND THE REAR 80NM.

THE PLASTIC IS MADE FROM HIGH DENSITY ACETAL DESIGNED AND TESTD FOR USE WITH CRASH MUSHROOMS.

I bought these back in 2009 and the fit was perfect. Jon was really helpful and sent me an extra crash bung free of charge after I managed to loose one. Today my front end washed out on me on my gsxr600 at around 20mph. The bike slid for about 5 meters before coming to a halt and apart from the crash bung, there is not damage to my bike at all. Highly recommend

I bought a full set of bungs for my FZ1 in December 2008 and fitted them straight away. This is one product you hope and pray will never need to be used; but sadly, last night, my bike went for a slide down the road. The bungs did their job perfectly. No damage to the main fairing, slight scrape on the front brake lever and exhaust. The rear brake lever folded in two however; but the important thing to me was I have been saved a lot of expense and I was able to ride the bike home afterwards. I'm glad I invested in these.

Just thrown my FJR 1300 down the road at 5mph. 20 foot slide and NO DAMAGE TO MY FAIRING AT ALL. Nasty ding in my exhaust tho ! Thank you, what a fantastic product...

Crash bungs are superb. Fitted them with ease. Look the business. Hope i don't need to "use" them but they give me the peace of mind should the unfortunate happen. Will recommend to all my biker friends.
