Returns – Warranty

We are offering a full 30 day warranty on this item if purchased domestically. There are no returns or exchanges if the item/s are purchased internationally. If your item does not work within 30 days of receiving it and you have contacted us to help resolve the issues causing it not to work, providing you do not have any other type of hardware errors and we haven't been able to help figure out why it won't work. Then you can return the item in the same condition for a full refund. If you do not contact us first you will not receive a full refund or replacement. Our return policy only covers items received Damaged or “Not as Described”. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all items purchased are compatible, we do not authorize returns for any item purchased that are incompatible.
