Returns:

In the event that you would like to return your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund minus the shipping charges within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us for a return authorization and the return-shipping label.
In the matter that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will exchange the item at no cost to you as long as it is reported within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability. As soon as we receive the item, you will be granted full refund or replacement.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the return shipping fees. Orders returned outside of policy may be refused or subject to at 20% re-stock fee.
We ship globally Via eBay's global shipping program (GSP). Thus we don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.
