Part number 9-994-678-01. For instalation see the picture 2: disassemble the computer to access the FDD, use a screwdriver to remove the screw as shown. Then remove the part, wipe the traces of old melted belt on the pulleys with isopropyl alcohol. After place the new belt, put the part and screw back and it is ready to play again! (picture 3).
