A Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will not be processed. All NON-Seller Mistake returns for a refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee (10% for replacement) and buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We only accept returned items in original condition , shipped in protective packaging. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage, we record all serial numbers, serial number can not be removed or tampered, warranty/item protection seals must be intact.
