The wood chunks are evenly cut to about 10 cm long and 3 to 4 pieces are enough to nicely smoke and add to the flavor of your barbecue. Add the pieces on top of the hot charcoal. For best results add a couple of pieces when you first start barbecuing the meat and then add the remaining two pieces 10 to 15 minutes before the end of the barbecue. These solid wood chunks are prepared with 100% natural, untreated olive tree wood from the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, world famous for the quality of its olives and olive oil.
