    General Shipping

    Next Business-Day Shipments

    After we get your payment, we will ship the item from one of our warehouses in a timely fashion. You will get tracking information through ebay just as soon (if not a little before) your order has left our facilities. Orders coming in late Friday afternoon, from over the weekend or during a holiday will be shipped out on the following 1-2 business days.

    Tracking Your Order

    Your confirmation of shipment will come via email from ebay. Or you can check your most recent orders by logging onto ebay and continuing for status updates on each order you place with us.

    Local Pickups

    Unfortunately, this listing is unable to be picked up in the store. They do not ship from our main location and it would be much faster to ship to your location.

    International Orders

    Considering the complexities of international shipping please contact us about the item you wish to have shipped, and we will provide all the details prior to your purchase. Fees, Duties and/or Taxes may be assessed at the time of delivery.

    Combined Shipping

    We love when you buy multiple items from us. We do our best to combine multiple orders/auctions, but we need your help to get this done.

    • In order to receive combine shipping, items must end within 48 hours of each other.
    • No more than 20 small items can be combined on one invoice. The size on the items is a contributing factor. All items must be able to fit within one package. Fragilitiy of the items is taken into consideration.
    • Please send a message through ebay with subject line-- RE: Combined Shipping on each item that requires a combined invoice.
    • A new invoice will be emailed to the email address associated with the account. Please follow the link to make payment.
    • Heavy or large dimensional items; alternate warehouse items and tree stands cannot be combined unfortunately.
    • The highest shipping charge will be retained any every item after that will have the shipping charges reduced in half.
    • Any additional shipping discounts which may be available, will be done after your new order total is assessed. Additional discounts are not guaranteed.
    • Please Be Aware: Once An Unpaid Item Case Is Open, We Can No Longer Combine Shipping.
    Returns and Exchanges

    Wrong-Item Shipped

    If an item had been shipped to you but wasn't what was listed in the auction you won, please call and let us know. We will send you a shipping label, so you won't have to pay for return shipping. Please keep all original packaging premium condition and do not open or use the item in anyway as this will change the terms of the refund. Once the item had been received and approved for the return, you will receive a full refund credited the same way it was paid.

    Restocking Fee

    There is NO restocking fee on any returns that are returned in their original unused condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility. If the item(s) are not returned in their original unused condition there will be a 40% restocking charge due to violation of our returns policy.

    General Returns of Unwanted Items

    If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges from your location). The item must be unopened, unassembled, unworn, and only tried on for fit/sizing. Packaging, external and internal must be complete and undamaged.

    • All returns must be pre-approved. Once approved, a Return Authorization Number will be given. All returns require an RA# on the label. If an item is returned to our faciliy without an RA#, it will be refused.
    • Original packaging must be free from damage and contain all original parts and packing materials.
    • Items must be in un-opened, un-assembled, and un-worn condition. (If you try on clothing, do not wear it outside).
    • You muct pay for shipping on returned items. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
    • Treestands and undergarments such as bikini's, lingerie, and underwear cannot be returned for safety and sanitary reasons. Any Auction sales are not able to be returned.
    • Refunds will be processed by the same method of payment within 7 days of receipt. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your account.
    • Damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt on any Optics, Archery or Firearm Sights, Hunting Blinds, Crossbows, Recurve Bows, Compond bows and Air Guns / Customer pays $9.99 when exchanging sizes in footwear plus they are responsible to pay return shipping/ Items must be returned as new in original package or they could be accessed a restock fee of up to 40%
     

    If the item is being returned for an exchange, the same information applies. Items must be in unopened or un-assembled, un-worn condition. (If you try on clothing or boots, do not wear them outside). When calling in for an RA#, please let customer service know that you would like to exchange the item and they will explain the invoicing process and let you know what the fees will be.

    Paypal payment within 72 hours of the auction end date is required. Major credit cards are accepted by phone call only, call for details.

    Taxes

    Ohio taxes are charged at the time of your order if your billing address is located within Ohio.

    Cancelling Your Order

    Your order will be processed immediately. If you change your mind after payment is confirmed, we will do our best to stop the order, however, Woodbury Outfitters cannot guarantee the cancellation.
