An added plus on all products in the Light Effect collection is their security features. Every bag has is Anti theft : we have an RFID material to prevent credit card theft. The main zippers have zip loop locks to prevent anyone from getting into your bag and to complete the safety story, the bottom has an anti slash mesh you wont even know is there.

International Orders

We will not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as 'gifts'. US and International government regulation prohibits such behavior.

Item price does NOT include: import duties, import taxes, import charges, or shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for these charges.

Prior to bidding/buying, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the item is picked up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Auctions & Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel bids or transactions from buyers with a low, no, or negative feedback score and/or percentage. We reserve the right to end our auctions early. Winning Bidders must respond and make payment arrangements within 8 days of auction closing.

If you wish to cancel the transaction, there is a 10% cancellation fee (minimum $2.50). We will mutually agree to cancel the transaction through eBay.

Warranty

We warranty all of our products for 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery to expedite the replacement or refund process.

Discount

We do offer a shipping discount if you have purchased from multiple listings that may be shipped together. Full price shipping and handling will apply to the first item. Subsequent items will receive a 40% discount on shipping and handling. This discount should be automatically applied by eBay, however it is the buyer's responsibility to adjust shipping before making payment on any of the listings for which shipping may be combined. This discount may only be applied before payment is received.

Shipping

We reserve the right to ship via UPS or USPS. The shipping quoted at the top of this listing is for the lower 48 US states only. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders. All orders require a physical address to ship to.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email. Read the listing before purchasing; if you have any questions, contact us by email. Items with free shipping returned for refund will be refunded minus our actual postage/shipping costs (no handling fee on free shipping). Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by the shipper. Returns after 7 days are not accepted.

Items with Free Shipping that are returned are subject to a stocking fee equal to our shipping costs.
