Shipping:
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment received, excluding weekends and holidays.  Standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 6 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days. Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may be longer. International orders take 2 weeks or more for delivery. We are not responsible for any delay in shipping that’s beyond our control, such as strikes, weather delays, natural disasters, postal office errors, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return it for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. You must contact the seller for a return authorization within 14 days of receipt of the item. Buyer pays for return shipping. Seller is not responsible for missing or damaged returns. We suggest you use a shipping method that provides tracking and/or insurance options. Item must be in original packaging for returns or exchanges.
