If you place an order before 4:45pm Monday to Friday, we'll dispatch your order the same day.

If a product is shown as available it's in stock and ready to be despatched.

1. We accept only PayPal.

2. Payments are expected within 7 days  after the end of the  auction.

Your purchase should arrive the next working day if purchased before 4.45pm  (UK mainland)

Pay before 4.45pm Monday ? Friday and your item will be dispatched the same day  and most cases delivered next working day however please allow up to 3 working  days for delivery.

Your item will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded or by a Courier  and you will be given a tracking number where applicable

We endeavour to ensure a swift dispatch and delivery of your order but please  note at times this is not possible due to external factors such as busy holiday  periods and bank holidays etc also be aware order placed after 4.45 on Friday  will be dispatched on Monday

All of our items are boxed and packed to a high standard to make sure your items  reach you in good condition.

If the item you receive is faulty or not what we described, we accept returns  upto 14 days after the day of purchase. We refund when we have received item.

Our policy is also in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)  Regulations 2000 Policy, which allows the customer 7 days right to cancel the  transaction for any reason after the day of purchase, a refund will be given on  receipt of the returned goods in the same condition they were sent in.
