-      Please make sure you choose size based on measurements listed in our products. As measurements are provided to avoid any confusion.

-      Items must be return in original packing and condition (not washed, worn or used).

-      Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees at all times. Original shipping fee will be deducted on all returns. All returns are subject to a 15% stocking fee.

-      Report all claims for shortages, damages or replacements within 3 days of receiving the product. Absolutely no refund or exchange will be offered after that period.

-      Exchanges: If the item did not fit – Please return it along with a note that includes the size that you need. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

-      If exchanges could not resolve the issue, we will refund the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
