PAYMENT

POSTAGE & RETURNS
I usually post within two working days of cleared payment.
Each item is carefully packed and wrapped to ensure it reaches the customer in excellent condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold.

LOST ITEMS
I always obtain proof of postage and usually dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.
When an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until atleast 15 days after postage. Please allow this time to elapse before taking action.
Royal mail do require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
