Vinyl Decals are a great way to add a touch of your personality to any smooth surface. Our decals have no background, the background will be what you apply it to. We only use high quality vinyl to make our decals. We do not use cheap economy GreenStar vinyl as many seller on eBay do, We use a high quality 6 year calendered outdoor vinyl (Oracal 651). This vinyl can be applied to a wide variety of objects indoors or outdoors. Our decals will come with application tape applied to them for a fast and easy application. Vinyl decals are removable without causing damage if done correctly. Keep in mind that the intension of the adhesive holding the decal in place was to keep it in place for as long as possible. If you decide you would like to remove the decal I recommend doing a quick Google or YouTube search to get some pointers. Application instructions for this item can be found at the bottom of this page.
About Us
Quality is extremely important to us, our decals are precision cut with a computer controlled vinyl cutter. We understand the importance of satisfaction and we will do what’s necessary to see that you are 100% Satisfied. We utilize a 48” vinyl plotter to produce our decals, we also have a 4’x 8’ CNC Router on hand. Custom orders are welcomed, don’t be afraid to think outside the box. We will always treat you how we would like to be treated and expect the same in return. We have 6 plus years designing all sorts of things, if you are looking for something and don’t see it shoot us an eBay message and we will do our best to help you out.
Payment
We currently only accept PayPal for payment, you can use most major credit and debit cards with PayPal. Payment is required within 5 days of sale. If a refund and/or partial refund is required, we will refund through PayPal. Credits may take up to 5 business days to appear on your account. We do not accept checks directly, however if you use PayPal they have an eCheck option. If you use this option your order will not be shipped until PayPal has notified us that the eCheck has cleared.
Shipping
We utilize the United States Postal Service for most of our shipments. In the event we have something that is not cost effective for United States Postal Service we will pick a carrier that is cost effective. By default we utilize USPS First Class Letter Mail (3-14 Days), USPS First Class Letter Mail does not include a tracking number. If you need any item quickly, or must have a tracking number please select USPS Priority (2-3 Days) during checkout, delivery times vary by location. For international shipments we utilize the most cost effective service available based on size and weight of the product ordered. We will only ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. If an item is returned to us due to a bad address buyer will be responsible for any additional postage required to ship item to correct address. We will send a PayPal invoice to collect these fees in the event they are needed. Our handling time is 2 days however we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Buyers suspected of misusing eBay's Buyer Protection Program will be reported to eBay for misuse.
Terms
We will never ask you to pay for our error if one has been made. If we have made a mistake on an item we sent to you, please send us a message we will fix the issue immediately and send a replacement to you for free. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you ordered and we want to earn your repeat business. Our return window is 14 Days, This applies to all items that we sell which are not customized. Customized items are not returnable. Buyer is expected to send us a message for all customized items containing the information needed to fulfill the order. Buyer must use correct Spelling, Punctuation and CAPS. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will result in a refund or item exchange. If a refund and/or partial refund is required, we will refund through PayPal.
