You are looking at Black PVC Weir Comb for a fish tank/aquarium weir or overflow box. This is ideal for a marine tank with a weir box and is ideal to stop unwanted fish and other tank inhabitants getting into your overflow chamber. Can also be used in your sump/refugium to separate different sections with different media's in.

This has 22mm high cut out grooves and is approx 47mm from the bottom edge to the top edge if uncut.

It is available at any required length in multiples of 300mm and in 3 different styles:-

Picture 1 Comb Teeth without top strip. Grooves approx 20mm deep. It can easily be cut to change the height with wire cutters or a stanley knife.

Picture 2 Comb Teeth with top strip and 90 degree return. Grooves approx 22mm deep.

Picture 3 Comb Teeth with top strip but no return. Grooves approx 22mm deep.


This is designed to slide straight over your glass edge of the weir.  Dependant on the thickness of the glass and due to the groove in the channel, you may need to secure the weir comb in place with silicon to hold it firmly upright. The weir comb is available in any length in 300mm multiples in any of the 3 styles. 

Please state the style by picture number when ordering and if you require more than 1 x 300mm length please order the appropriate number of sections which will come to you in 300mm pre cut pieces.


If you don't state a style, option 2 will be sent automatically.
