We Preferred PayPal, as this is secure and fastest way to pay. We prefer verified PayPal account with confirmed delivery address for international addresses. It is safe for you to pay via Pay Pal. We accept all Credit Card Payment through Pay Pal (verified) only with confirmed address. We will also print your contact telephone number on shipping label as it is convenient for postman and us to contact you. if you have committed to buy any item and it has not been paid yet and you want use to cancel, then you must inform use with 7 days and we will send you ebay cancel request other wise ebay unpaid item case will be opened to recover the ebay cost, as if you do not pay and do not ask us to send you cancel request we will be charged for selling fee, so we have to open the unpaid item case to recover the ebay cost.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We offer 14 working days money back guarantee if there is any dissatisfaction, including the products and the service. Please contact us before returning any items. Return is accepted within 10 working days of receipt after you full explain the problems we may ask for some additional checks to narrow down the problem. Any problem due to our mistake we will exchange the item free of charge and in most cases your return postage will be refunded. If buyer yourself have made the wrong purchase or have changed his/her mind, we accept return to exchange for the correct one, but buyer is responsible for the postage and handling fee after the 10 days of the purchase all the warranties are RTB and you will have to pay for the warranty returns. Before returning any item you need RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number, please contact us via ebay to obtain one and then return the item. item returned without RMA number is not identifiable and will be lost. All our items in our shop are brand new and comes with 90 days warranty. If it fails under warranty period, we will offer replacement and it does not cover physical damage and misuse, return postage is to be covered by the buyer and we will pay for our side postage, special delivery postage and airmail with tracking service is not refundable in any case.

DELIVERY TIME

We always do our best to dispatched fast and safety, if order is placed with clear funds before 3pm it is likely to be dispatched same day otherwise next working day. We use Royal Mail 1st class as standard if the order size is big or more valuable item is purchased, we will use City-Link, Royalmail Special or Recorded Sign-for Service. Mostly UK mainland orders gets delivered within 2-5 working days. EU orders as standard will he dispatched in Royalmail Airmail Small Packet, Normal delivery time is 5-15 working days. we also have option to buy with Tracking number facility with some additional cost. Item dispatched with tracking number is also quicker service and we will provide you with tracking number and you can track the item via internet. Out side EU, international orders will only be dispatched with Tracking number and postage will be calculated according to your location. All above delivery times are estimated and it does not include weekend and bank holiday. Some time delivery may get delayed or get lost as accidents can happen. If item does not turns up with in above estimated times, please inform u. According to Royalmail, we will have to wait little longer for UK post it is not considered lost until 15th working day and EU and International post is not considered lost until 28th day from dispatched date. This does not always happen but we have to keep this in mind, if this item is still not delivered we will arrange the replacement or full refund will be issued.
