Shipping

This disc will be sent in a paper sleeve only. No case of any kind is included. To keep the total price down, it will be mailed by Media Mail with a tracking number. Media Mail is slower than First Class. It can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Please keep this in mind before ordering or leaving negative feedback. We usually ship same day if paid by 10am Pacific Time (excluding weekends or holidays). If you are not okay with any of this information, please don't order. In the event your CD does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us right away for a quick replacement, because about 1 in 200 discs gets lost in the mail. We understand that and will always make it right when USPS fails us. Just don't open a case with ebay to do this. Simply send us a message and click on "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message." Then let us know you haven't received your CD so we can replace it right away. This same thing applies if the CD arrives broken. USPS breaks about 1 in 200, so we understand it happens and we'll always make it right with you; guaranteed!
