This Pelco Color Quad Video Processor QD104C is in used but good condition.  Minimal scratches on the unit itself.  Item powers on and buttons are functional.  All BNC connections on the back are solid and in good shape.  This was purchased as part of a government surplus auction, so I don't know much about it.  No further testing was done.  We do offer a 30 day return guarantee on this unit.
