The ShinMaywa 50CR2.25S submersible pump is one of the most reliable and durable pumps sold today. Its upright design makes it perfect for use in skimmers, as well as various pondless water features. It has a corrosion resistant housing made of stainless steel and poly amide fiber reinforced resin. In addition, it features a cast aluminum bearing housing, and a vibration reducing bearing design which provides superior heat dissipation and structural integrity in comparison to competing pumps. The vortex impeller is wear resistant and 100 times stronger than standard ABS resin impellers.

The ShinMaywa Norus series pumps are the most reliable, highest efficiency, lowest lifetime cost of any pump in its class. Features a maximum flow rate of 4,800 gallons per hour, a maximum head height of 27 feet, and is rated at 414 watts. The power cord measures 32' in length and this pump is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
