ARKMat Interlocking Stable Mat
ArkMat Supersoft is the highest quality product available for your stabling which will improve horse comfort and help you reduce the rising cost of bedding.
Each Mat is 6ft (1.82m) x 4ft (1.22m) x 24 or 34mm thick. On this listing just select your quantity and mat thickness (24 or 34mm).
The mats interlock along the two 6ft sides and come with removable edge strips, the two 4ft ends are straight edged and therefore do not interlock
These new high quality EVA mats are designed and manufactured as stable mats.
There are so many mats available it is often difficult to know which ones to buy. If buying rubber then these are generally sold 12 or 18mm with 12 being for small horses, 18mm for large horses.
However, these mats are Lightweight, Easy to handle, EVA. EVA is sold in 18, 24, 34 or 44mm for the floor. There are no weight limits as such but at ARK we recommend 18mm for very small horses, 24mm for small, 34 for medium and 44mm for large

How you can save bedding costs:
If you currently using cheaper shavings @ £5.00 per bale using easimat mats can reduce your bedding from approximately 1.5 bales per week to 0.5. This is a £5.00 saving per week x 52 weeks = £260.00 per year.
This means you will effectively pay for your mats in less than 18 months.
If you are spending more than £5.00 per bale, then you will get your money back even quicker. Plus you get the added benefits of providing the most comfortable, hygienic environment for your horse/pony.
They are made from the highest grade EVA (not cheap hard rubber) which makes for a more comfortable bed for your horse.
EVA is a foam material which cannot collapse or go hard has greater thermal insulation than the majority of rubber mats. It also means they are light approx. one fifth of the weight, so you will not break your back when lifting or moving, as you would with cheaper hard, heavy rubber mats.
ArkMat Supersoft mats have been manufactured with your horse in mind to provide a permanent soft and insulated floor so you can safely reduce bedding without compromising your horse’s comfort.
The density of ArkMat Supersoft EVA mats is such that it is very similar to natural grassland, and has a slight give when the horse is on the mat. The horse will feel more comfortable as it is similar to it's natural environment.
As you know a happy and healthy horse means lower vet bills.
Top surface has anti slip tear shaped bubbles with raised disks on the bottom designed to aid drainage.

EVA mats will expand with the weight of an animal so you must not fit these mats tight to all of the walls. You need to leave a 1cm to 2cm gap around at least 2 sides so that as the weight of the animal is dispersed over the mat so that when the mat expands it has a space to expand into. If you do not leave this gap you will find that the mats push against each other and lift and curl.

Returns Information
All ARK products come with a manufacturers guarantee. In the event of product defect you can return the item to us for a refund of the original item.
You need to obtain a RNA via email before sending the product back to ensure speedy credit. However if you wish to return goods for any other reasons, please contact us with the details first.
We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of delivery - after 30 days from date of delivery, your goods will be assumed satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
We will only accept goods returned provided they are clean, in a saleable condition, with no rips, tears or markings.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Ark Solutions.
Unless agreed by prior arrangement, all Returns and/or Exchanges are subject to a Return Shipping/Collection Fee, and a 20% Handling fee where appropriate.

We have a standard FREE delivery option or quicker delivery services at a nominal cost.
Delivery is to England, Wales and most of Scotland using courier services (Yellow Areas).
If you live in a non standard area you will incur extra delivery charges and should contact us in advance to discuss the costs. Those areas & postcodes are:

We can ship to Europe including the Republic of Ireland but please contact us for exact delivery price based on your location.
Someone must be available to take delivery of your item, buyer will be responsible of any costs of re-delivery if there is no-one available to sign for the goods.
You must inform us of any access issues at the time of placing an order and also provide us with a contact number for the courier.
We always pass on any specific delivery request's (leave if not in, house down the lane etc) however we cannot guarantee these as they are out of our control.
