Cut a hole in the ceiling.

Step 2

Tack DC connector to the power supply.

Step 3

Plug the jump ring and put the downlight into the ceiling.

Step 4

Adjust the panel to stick the ceiling tightly.

Payment

Our preferred method would be Paypal but we can also accept all major credit/debit cards payment and direct bank transfers. If you use e-cheque on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will not be able to process your order until the e-cheque clears. We are a VAT registered company so a VAT receipt can be provided with your purchase.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. We offer Free UK Standard Delivery. However, if you simply can’t wait to get your hands on the product, we have Express Delivery option available for you.

Returns

If the items we sent to you is incorrect, or your items have arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days where we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund. If you wish to return unused goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days. We will only pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent due to a fault on our behalf.
