All items with “free shipping” do not come with tracking and therefore we are not held responsible for any items not received, as we also offer you (the buyer) the option to be able to track your package with a tracking number , available for you to purchase while checking out.

Express shipping is also available and this comes with a tracking number for all parcels.

International postage:

We offer regular airmail postage which in not trackable and therefore not our responsibility, we also offer registered post and express postage which enable you to track your item.
