We ask that you make payment within 5 days of purchase.  If you need longer to pay, please let us know, we are happy to work with our customers. You have 30 days to return an item and we will refund the price of the item less the postage paid to ship the item to you.   For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping both ways. Any damaged or defective items should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
