You can also collect your item in person from Bristol city centre (7 days a week, please contact to arrange)

We understand that buying goods without prior viewing or the chance to try them on can be tough to get right. So if you do need to return an item to us please get in touch within 24 hours of reciving your item, you will then have a further 7 days (14 days for international orders) to return the item to us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and for the item until it reaches Stax & Cane. We advise using an insured tracked service.
The item must be in unworn condition, with all original tags attached. Stax & Cane reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been worn or is soiled in any way. Once the item is returned and approved, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the item but not for original shipping cost.
