1) All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
2) Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer. The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
3) Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no refund will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
4) If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is no refundable.
