All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30
days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA

repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or
intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
