You are bidding on this Original Shotgun Vintage Roll of Pennies from Wilber National Bank, Oneonta NY. I recently purchased a coin collection from a gentleman that worked at the bank for 43 years. When he started working there in 1961, he was placed in the vault to roll the change that came in from the various businesses in town. At the time, he was a stamp collector, but he started to pull out coins of interest to add to his collection. During a physical audit, he found a "brick" as he called it of this pennies that had been rolled before his time there. He never opened them, and kept the ones that seemed to have semi rare coins showing. This roll has a 1909 Lincoln on one end, and a 1901 Indian on the other. There are lots of people selling "Unsearched" rolls, wrapped in modern paper. This is an original roll, from a bank that was bought out a few years ago and doesn't exist anymore. Check out the pictures and see for yourself. Great for the investor or collector.
