Jackshaft Kit for Mini-Bike Mini Chopper or Go-Kart, Bolts on, #40 Chain. Clutch not included, photos of it mounted are shown for suggested installation illustration purposes only. The Kit Includes;

Backing plate, shaft for 5/8" bore gears, 10 tooth #40 sprocket, 16 tooth (20 tooth  shown in photo) # 40 sprocket, 3/16" key, (2) - 1/4" X 5/8" ID spacers and 5/8" ID washers as shown. This kit will help if you are burning out you clutches due to using an improper gear ratio for your application. You are responsible for properly aligning the chain from the clutch to the large gear (if using large tires), spacers are included to help but each application should be considered custom and by purchasing this item you completely and positively understand that this may/will need some actual mechanical skill in order to adjust the spacing and there will be no crying! I am offering "Free" shipping in order to standardize the price, it is actually not free and just included in the price, you pay for it then I pay the Post Office.
