Payment & Shipping:
- Payment via Paypal.
- Item will be processed and ship within 1 working day (not included weekend or public holiday).
- Item will be shipped out from the country of original - Malaysia via Registered AirMail. It will be routed via your national post service provider.
- Tracking number will be provided. Kindly allow 5 working days for us to revert the tracking number to you.
- As the seller, we are not liable for any extra cost/ charge/ tax imposed by your custom upon receiving the package.
- Item should reach to your doorstep within 14-21 working days, subject to custom clearance and countries destination.
- Kindly contact us should you fail in receiving the item within 21 working days so that we could trace and track the item.
- We do ship worldwide except to North Korea and Israel.
Return Policy:
- All sales are FINAL and Non-negotiable.
- Items can be returned to exchange within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Before we ship the item, we will do a final check to make sure the item is in undamaged condition. Thus, we won't bear any responsibility for any item damaged during shipping.
- If the item is missing in the transit, we will refund 100% to the buyer.
- If buyer have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide picture's which incorrect item status can be clearly shown. We will resolve the problem quickly and after confirm, we will replace the correct item to buyer as soon as possible.
- Buyer return incorrect item to me must use "Registered Airmail" with tracking number so both parties can trace the parcel status.

Please contact me to resolve any bad issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I usually leave feedback for buyers after 3 weeks or the parcel confirmed delivered.
