This is a used cylinder head for Citroen SM and Maserati Merak .Off a 1972 2.7 SM. From the drivers  side . #75466.. This came from a known good low mile engine that I just recently took apart. It is complete with everything you see. It has some pretty good corrosion or pitting on the exposed bottom end outside the gasket around the cylinders but right near the water ports. Not sure if that has to dealt with, decked or what. Always wise to bring to a machine shop to check and go thru before reinstall.
