This is a great looking pair of black man made materials by Charlotte Ruse size 7. These are pull on and tops can be cuffed with a decorative belt, calf measures approx 14 1/4". They are approx 19" tall x approx 11" heel to toe along outer edge x approx 3 1/8" wide with an approx 3 1/4" high heel. These are used and have moderate wear and scuffing.
