Square Metal Fence Post (GREEN colour):
The SASCOM Square Metal Fence Post is the ideal post for use with the Green Garden Mesh Fencing
Each post has clips for attaching the mesh fence
Our square post is green in colour to match the wire fencing and is 5cm x 5cm
Length: 1.5m or 2.3m lengths available. Please see below
The 1.5m length post is suitable to hold 0.9m and 1.2m height PVC wire fencing
The 2.3m length post is suitable to hold 1.8m height PVC wire fencing
Our posts are galvanised and are green powder coated to match the PVC green fence colour
Post lengths are subject to manufacturing tolerance (all dimensions are approximate and taken at the maximum points of the item)
Wire mesh fencing rolls are sold separately (please refer to our other listing)

Collecting item(s): If you prefer to collect an item, then please contact us first to arrange a date and time for collection. We will confirm our warehouse details and a member of our team will be glad to serve you.

Delivery of item(s): Our logistics team provides an unrivaled service to all our customers and offers quick order turnaround. Depending on the nature of your product, we will always use reliable carriers to deliver your goods: 
1) Small packet(s) / parcel(s): Royal Mail
2) Parcel(s): A reliable tracked parcel network (depending on your location)
3) Pallet(s): A reliable tracked pallet network (depending on your location)

Orders received Monday to Friday before 13:00 will usually be dispatched same day and normally arrive within two working days.

Additional delivery charges:
We will aim to delivery to you 'as advertised' (no additional charges) but depending on your location, there may be a small additional delivery charge levied by the carrier:
1) England: Most post codes are delivered as advertised (no additional cost)
2) Scotland & Wales: Some postcodes are delivered as advertised (no additional cost) but there will be a small charge for certain post codes. We will advise you of any small additional charge after checkout
3) N. Ireland and Ireland, IOM, IOW, Channel Islands: Some postcodes are delivered as advertised (no additional cost) but there will be a small charge for certain post codes. We will advise you of any small additional charge after checkout 
4) Europe: As advertised with the selection on checkout OR please contact us first so we can confirm the cost price of shipping to your country
5) Rest of the World (RoW): As advertised with the selection on checkout OR please contact us first so we can confirm the cost price of shipping to your country

IMPORTANT: Please check item for any damage before accepting delivery. If the item is damaged in any way please DO NOT accept the delivery as this will enable us to claim the costs back from the couriers, and re-ship a new item to you immediately.

Goods will not be left if there is no one available to receive them. If goods have to be redelivered because no one is available on the agreed delivery date there will be an additional charge made. If the order is cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Checking Goods for Damage:
Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied that it is in a perfect condition. Any transit damage must be detailed on the carrier's delivery note at the receipt of delivery. Our carriers will require that you sign for goods in good condition on delivery. It is vital that somebody is there to receive and inspect the goods on the delivery date arranged. Any discrepancies must be marked as damaged on the delivery note, and phoned through to us and the carriers office within 48 hours.
All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign the delivery note as damaged and report to us within 48 hours. Claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted.

Product warranty cover parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 1 year unless otherwise specified. An installation invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim. We do not cover carrier costs in any case.

Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacement parts at our expense - we sell spare parts at cost price. All responsibility of goods lies with the buyer once they have been received.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched, and a full refund will be provided. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a credit against other goods or a full refund (collection charges apply) within 7 days of delivery and subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection
  • You are responsible for handing the goods over to the collection courier in perfect condition
  • A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to be in a saleable condition
  • Carrier costs are not refundable
    We do not refund carrier costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. The customer must arrange for the return.
    Any non-faulty items will incur a 30% handling charge. Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such. Auction items are non cancellable. Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation.
    We are not qualified to offer any professional advice for any of our products and can accept no liability for claims suggesting the same. You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body.
    If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 7 days by contacting us for a return authorisation code which must be shown outside the package. Any items returned without an authorisation will be refused.
