This Buy it Now auction is for a Second world War era U.S. Military wooden butt stock for the Thompson Sub Machine Gun.  It does not have the butt stick plate or strap loop attachment.  It does have a metal screw part.  It is over 70 years old and in Used Condition.  I show it in comparison to a reproduction plastic pellet air-soft Tommy Gun.  The reproduction
air-soft Tommy Gun is not included for sale in this listing.  All that is for sale is the real WW2 era wooden butt stock.

Condition:

Normally I have old used items in bad to good Used Condition. They typically are in used condition and may have defects such as stains, moth holes, dirt, dents, scratches, etc. This item is 70 years old and things slowly get destroyed by time. Please do not expect something in new condition. These items are in used condition. Most of the vintage items I list are not meant to be wearable clothing, or as usable items. They are sold as old collectibles only.

Shipping:

Shipping will be done via the US Postal Service. Priority Mail will be the means of shipping and Delivery Confirmation will be used. Overseas buyers will have a United States Customs Declaration Form Tracking Number. The item weighs around 3 lbs in an open box as a rough weight for listing purposes. I won't know the shipping weight until the item is taken to my local post office. I am not an employee of the USPS and the weight is just a rough measurement for listing purposes. The Shipping amount is just a rough guess based on the weight of the item in an open box. I only package an item after it sells and then take it to the post office so the clerk can inform me of the correct shipping amount. I am not doing this as a business, I am just some guy trying to sell off my private collection of Militaria in order to try and pay some bills. I am using eBay as a garage sale. If I can use a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box to send the item in, I'll mail it in one of those.A Small Priority Mail Flat Rate box costs $7.15 to mail within the United States, or $33.95 to mail overseas outside the USA. A Medium Priority Mail Flat Rate box costs $13.60 to mail within the United States, or $66.50 to mail overseas outside the USA. A Large Priority Mail Flat Rate box costs $18.85 to mail within the United States, or $86.95 to mail overseas outside the USA. I have mailed items in the past to: (Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Malta, Hungry, Belgium, Taiwan, etc.)

Payment:

The only acceptable means of Payment allowed by eBay is via PayPal. I ONLY accept PayPal payments!!! Typically there is an error with the calculated shipping. I try to use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes to make the shipping cost more set in stone. Sometimes I have to have the clerk at the post office tell me the exact shipping cost. If you send immediate payment, you either might overpay or underpay for the shipping cost. After you send payment I'll package the item and have the clerk at the post office inform me of the exact shipping amount. If you overpaid for the shipping amount I will refund the excess shipping amount. If you sent immediate payment and underpaid for the shipping cost I will have to send you a PayPal request for the rest of the shipping amount needed to be able to mail the item. Also, I am typically broke without any funds over a dollar in my bank account. It takes between 3 to 5 days for PayPal Funds to transfer to my bank account. I will not be able to mail an item until after the PayPal funds finish transferring over to my bank. I'm not trying to play games and cheat anyone on the shipping costs. I'm trying to be 100% up front and honest.

Feedback:

I mostly only leave other people feedback after they leave me feedback. Chances are, if you don't leave me any feedback I'll probably not leave you any either.

Return policy:

My preference for a return policy is, All Sales Final! No Returns! I try to be 100% Honest and show photos and describe items the best I can. Items tend to be old, used, and as is. There is an ebay policy against Buyer's Remorse, it has helped me win quit a few dispute cases in the past.

Questions:

Feel free to ask me a question. But, I am not an experienced tailor and I do not take measurements of clothing. If I see a size marking on an old Quartermaster Tag, I will try to show a photo of it. If I say that I do not know the size than please do not waste both of our time by asking about the size of an old militaria collectable. I am not selling usable items or wearable clothing. I am just selling off my collection of vintage military artifacts. I also tend to have items packaged away to try and keep moths from eating them. I only dig them out if they sell and need to be mailed. Please do not ask me to take more photos, because I probably won't take any more photos of things I have already stored away.
