IF IN THE DESCRIPTION IT SAIS " THIS UNIT DOES NOT TURN ON" , WE MEAN THAT WHEN THE AC ADAPTER IS PLUGGED INTO THE UNIT IT'S DEAD AND NOT A SINGLE LIGHT OR SOUND IS DETECTED.

Pickup is by appointment only Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm. We need 1 business day to get product ready. Pickups are cash in $US or additional fees for exchange and use of credit cards will be applied, NO EXCEPTIONS. PayPal is NOT accepted for any pickups.

All other buyers must pay via PayPal.

You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email from eBay within 24 hours of the auction close. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closure. We have the right to refuse any bid if the payment is not received within that time or for any other reason. If you have under 5 rating you must get approval to bid.

We ship to confirmed PayPal address ONLY.

We ship via FedEx exclusively, so shipping times are much faster than indicated by eBay, express service is overnight in most cases.

Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Europe, APO, HI, AK and PR residents please email us prior to bidding for information on exact shipping charges and payment options accepted.  We do not currently ship outside Europe and the Americas and we have exclusions within these areas as well.

All international customs duties and fees are subject to individual country rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We process and ship orders same day if payment is received by noon EST (Monday-Friday). 

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds for any reason. Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product, buyer responsible for all shipping charges. Canadian clients pay GST/HST.  Units are used and will have normal wear & tear they are not new.  

Hard drives and AC adapters are never included.

Testing: Units are pluged to see if they light up in any way and if any lights come on it is considered to POST, should this test fail they will be marked as NO POST.  Units are not inspected internally and may be missing internal parts.

Warranty: There is no warranty of any kind or for any reason on any part. A visual inspection of the outside is preformed but parts may or may not work, there is no warranty. There is specifically no warranty for any LCD as they may have cracks that are not visible at time of inspection. Should any technical problem arise, please use eBay contact seller page to inform us of the problem. If item is damaged in shipping, you must notify us and work to resolve this directly with FedEx or there is no warranty of any kind. Security stickers and invisible screw marker locations must be intact or they will be refused outright. Once a selected screw is unscrewed the invisible marker will be scratched and the warranty will automatically expire.

Bid Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel the bids of anyone with a negative feedback rating or any other users that may look like "problematic" bidders. If you have a negative or a "suspicious" feedback rating, and would like to bid, contact us first, and we will make a decision of whether or not, to accept your bid.

Ambiguity: In the event that something may seem ambiguous to you or you think we made a typo or a mistake, do not make assumptions contact us to resolve such issues. We do not try to mislead you but can make a mistake so please contact us with any questions.

This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, and all obligations of the Parties created in this Agreement are performable in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
