Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day after receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 2 or 3 working days after dispatch, if you are in UK.
For International shipping it may take longer depending on where you are.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Just go to your Purchase History, find the item you want to return, in "More actions" click on "Return this item".

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

 Colour Variation

Our photos has been taken professionally and then edited for you to only see the product(s) on sale on a white background and nothing else that might distract you.

For each colour, instead of editing it, we take a new photo so that the colour is as close as possible to the real item.

Sometimes colours might be displayed differently due to different devices and graphic cards.

So if you are trying to match our product with a specific colour, our best advice is to check the same colour on at least 2 different devices.

If they don't match, contact us for advice.
