If however for some reason or mistake we overlooked a problem or an issue with the item and you are not satisfied with the purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for exchange or full refund.

Shipping Policy
International orders are shipped via international economy parcel post-registered (comes with tracking).
Usually takes 14-21 business days to arrive to most destinations worldwide.
Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 3 business days.
For expedited delivery please select expedited (express) during checkout.
The shipping costs you pay depend on the weight and value of the items and where they are being sent to.
Orders valued at $250 or greater and /or 2kg and above in weight must be shipped via expedited (express) -EMS.
Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding/buying.
Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

(International registered economy parcel post) If the item is being returned as a result of an error by Blumar and you have received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund reasonable return postage costs.
