Airbrush Mini In Line Air Filter 

& Water Trap


 


The mini air filter removes water vapour and airborne contaminants from your compressed air supply.


When air is placed through a mechanical process, such as compression, heat and water vapour is produced. 

This water vapour can cause damage to your paint or other medium.


The mini air filter has two 1/8BSP screw fittings at each end:

 

The first is a 1/8BSP female screw fitting which attaches to the main 1/8BSP air inlet of your airbrush.

The second is a 1/8BSP male screw fitting which 

attached to your air hose.  


1/8BSP is approximately 9.35mm and is the standard size associated with airbrushes and airbrush air hoses. 

BSP denoted British Standard Pipe and the type of thread used - again this is the most common type used in airbrushing. 


The unit has a spring valve which, when pressed, releases any trapped water. 


Those new to airbrushing sometimes struggle with holding postion of the airbrush. 

Many of our customers  find that fitting an in line air filter provides a more natural grip and holding postion.
