Richard's Almanac was acclaimed as one of the finest newsletters ever devoted to close-up magic. Its publication from 1982 to 1987 was a highlight in the history of close-up magic periodicals. And now, all four hundred pages of the original newsletter, containing tricks from the greatest close-up magicians of our time, have been reprinted in a beautiful hardcover volume. Richard's Almanac reveals dozens of brilliant routines from Vernon, Jennings, Slydini, Klause, Racherbaumer, Mario, Sankey, Goldstein, Cervon, Carney, Gallo, and many others, most of which have never ever been published anywhere else! This is the only place you can read them! And it's a treasure trove of astounding creations in the art of close-up magic.

Over 175 superb routines with cards, coins and impromptu magic with everyday items such as rings, bills, spoons, pens, rubber bands, matches, dice, wristwatches, and seashells. Over 400 pages, 800 beautiful line drawings, a 50-page bonus section with a dozen routines not in the original newsletter are included. A BULL update and retrospective, and a peek at the Japanese edition of Richard's Almanac, plus a complete cross referenced index with cover art by Sid Lorraine also are part of this extensive work.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. They are levied by your local government customs office and are not within my control. I can not mark merchandise below value or mark items as "gifts" on customs forms - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Combined Shipping

I am always happy to combine shipping on all of my auctions (ending within 5 days, please). Because of the many sizes & shapes on the things I sell, I cannot quote a proper combined rate until I know the total shipping weight and destination, but it will result in savings in most situations. Media Mail items cannot be combined with Non-Media items for the Media Mail rate. I reserve the right to refuse to combine shipments based on common sense (no engine parts with glassware!)

Payment Options

I accept PayPal (PayPal users MUST have a confirmed shipping address! Payments from accounts without a confirmed shipping address may be refused at my option). Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close. I reserve the right to sell this item to the second-highest bidder if payment is not received within 4 days. PayPal is not accepted for non-shipped (Local Pick-Up Only) items! Payment at the time of pick-up is required-Please contact me for accepted payment types.

Return policy details

I guarantee that your item will arrive in the condition advertised. I offer a refund only if I neglect to mention or photograph a major blemish or defect. If this defect is not described or obvious in the photos, I will offer a refund or an adjustment! Please notify me within the return time-frame for return & refund instructions. Refunds are for the original purchase price and shipping, buyer pays return shipping. If this item arrives broken or damaged in any way, simply save all packing materials & send me a note. All shipments are fully insured for loss or damage, refunds are given upon confirmation of loss or when damaged items are returned. We pay return postage for damaged items.

ATTENTION: A large part of the value of magic tricks is the SECRET!!  As such, there are NO REFUNDS on magic tricks (unless I make a mistake, something is not as advertised, etc.)!  I will try to be very detailed & accurate in my descriptions & also try to include the approximate skill level to assist in your decision, but I will not tell you how the trick is done! If you have any questions, please send me an Email BEFORE bidding!

Thank you to all of my wonderful buyers past and present!
