Shipping Our business hours are 7:30am to 4pm PST Monday thru Friday. We will respond to questions during that time as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for responses to questions. Items will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. We only ship to the contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes via Fed Ex. We do ship to these places on some listings that are first class, etc. or in special circumstances. Please contact us if you have special requests like expedited shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. International shipping is available through the eBay global shipping program.
Warranty Warranty for Computers that do not have an Operating System Computers that are not fully refurbished by InterConnection, including this listing, are covered by a 14 day warranty. If you're unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the laptop by contacting us through eBay messages. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Laptop batteries in these listings are untested and not guaranteed to hold a charge. Warranty for Computer that have an Operating System We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. If you experience any difficulties, contact our customer service department by sending us a message through eBay. All returns require a RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting us through eBay messages. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not by covered by our warranty. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. The amount of time that laptop batteries hold a charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold a charge, but we cannot guarantee the amount of time.
Returns If for any reason your purchase from InterConnection does not meet expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, to receive a refund, you must contact us within 3 days after you receive the item. If you wait longer than 3 days to contact us about returning the item, you will not be refunded (no exceptions). If you are filing a return for damage done during shipping, you must contact us right away. To be fully refunded for your purchase, contact InterConnection for a RMA number before returning your product in all original packaging and without changes to the product's condition after receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping and contact InterConnection through eBay messages to initiate a return. If you are making a purchase internationally, we have NO RETURN policy.
