Greenhouse Plastic Cover Clear Poly Film 5 Year 7 Mil

MADE IN THE USA

Our greenhouse plastic is a high quality, market-leading agricultural cover film. This advanced greenhouse cover film have unique thermal, mechanical and optical properties that make them ideal for protecting crops, enhancing growth, and meeting the varying needs of growers.

Our agricultural greenhouse films are manufactured using a new five-layer co-extrusion technology. This enables to process raw materials that assured the highest level of mechanical strength and flexibility, and compatibility with all mechanical testing standards.

An stabilization package, which incorporates multiple materials, gives the greenhouse cover films long-term durability – even in the most severe

environmental conditions.

Greenhouse films with a 5-layer structure

Greenhouse films with a 5-layer structure are a type of plastic film designed specifically for
greenhouse applications. The 5-layer structure refers to the composition of the film, which typically
consists of five distinct layers with different properties.

UV Protection & Light Transmission

Like other greenhouse films, 5-layer films may incorporate UV inhibitors to protect against harmful ultraviolet radiation. The UV protection helps to extend the lifespan of the film by reducing degradation caused by UV exposure.

Greenhouse films with a 5-layer structure are designed to provide optimal light transmission for plant growth. They often have a high light transmission percentage, typically around 90% or higher, allowing plants to receive the necessary amount of sunlight.

Thermal Properties

Our greenhouse films include additives or coatings to enhance their thermal properties. These features can help regulate temperature within the greenhouse, improving heat retention during colder periods and reducing excessive heat buildup during warmer seasons.

Anti-Drip and Anti-Fog Coatings

Our greenhouse films with a 5-layer structure may include anti-drip and anti-fog coatings. Anti-drip coatings help prevent water droplets from forming on the film's surface, which can interfere with light transmission. Anti-fog coatings minimize the occurrence of fogging or condensation, ensuring       clear visibility within the greenhouse.

Light Diffusion

The light diffusion feature improves photosynthesis efficiency by enhancing the exposure of different plant parts to visible light.

This is especially important in model crops with a developed landscape such as tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, pepper, roses and many others. Promote light dispersion, and with minimal reduction to the light entering the greenhouse.

In addition to improving photosynthesis efficiency, the light diffusion property also helps to reduce damage caused by direct sunlight to sensitive crops such as peppers and eggplants, and prevent burns of the plants.

Tear and Puncture Resistance

The layered structure of the film enhances its resistance to tearing and puncturing. This makes it more resilient against potential damage from sharp objects, wind, or heavy snow loads, increasing its overall durability.

Enhanced Strength and Durability

The multiple-layer construction provides increased strength and durability compared to single-layer films. This design helps to reduce the risk of tears or punctures, ensuring a longer lifespan for the greenhouse film.
