This is a used watch, my father bought it for himself but ended up not liking the band for whatever reason. 

He wore it less than a week before it got boxed up and put in the drawer.

See the second and third pictures - I don't know if that's the style of this watch or not, but I think the band/bezel is scratched a bit - the glass over the face seems fine though.
