- Equipment is steam cleaned prior to entering the dismantle shop.
- Parts are carefully removed.
- Greasy parts are cleaned in the parts washer and inspected for damage.
- Damaged parts are sent to the scrap dumpster.
- Each part is then photographed and inventoried.
- Critical parts are covered in a protective coating.
- Parts are stored in a climate controlled warehouse.
- The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt Mon - Fri.
- All orders are carefully packaged to insure safe passage during delivery.

- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern
- Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Eastern
- Walk in customers by appointment only.
Return Policy
- This is a used part, no manufacturer's warranty, sold "as is".
- Parts must be returned in the same condition as received.
- No returns on electrical components.
- Return at buyers expense within 30 days of receipt.
- Buyers must submit a written request for return during the 30 day inspection period.
- A 15% Restocking fee will apply.
- Refund of merchandise price not postage.

Vermont Tractor Parts LLC is a owned and operated by David Shea in Fairfax, VT. We work hard to provide difficult to find original parts for your vintage tractor. We are a Sparex dealer and can supply quality aftermarket parts when original parts are no longer available.
I started this business 13 years ago after my personal tractor had a massive engine failure. I couldn't find a source for the parts I needed and knew my family couldn't afford the cost of repairs. So rather than break the bad news to my wife and family I parted the tractor out. After about a year of selling the tractor part by part I realized I had a business.
Fast forward to today Vermont Tractor Parts LLC leases a 6000 sq feet of space which includes a climate controlled warehouse and a dedicated dismantle shop. I've long lost count of the number of tractors that have passed though our facility.
