DELIVERY TIME – I ship packages every business day (unless stated that I am on vacation). The estimated delivery date is based on e-bay’s prediction of when it will arrive. I can NOT control the postal service. Your tracking number is on your e-bay’s purchases page to the right of the item that you purchased. You can click onto that to get information about where your package is. 

• Items will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carrier depending on your location and package weight.
• All items are shipped from the USA.
  EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
  Buyer must contact us immediately upon receipt of the item to get authorized for an exchange or refund
  All other items are returnable/exchangeable if they are returned in the condition in which they were received.
