Returns
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or tags have been removed. All refunds will be made excluding the actual postage charge. We must be notified of all returns within 7 days of purchase.  All items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please keep the receipt of postage for a full refund. When returning your item you must include a note with your eBay ID for a rapid response. Items on FREE POSTAGE, if returned for a refund, there will be a 15% deduction on the refunds to cover the costs of the delivery, packaging and handling fee. In order to claim back eBay fees for returned items, 'unpaid item disputes' will be opened which have no adverse or negative effect on the customers Ebay feedback.
