All other orders are sent via 24hour courier (weekday delivery only).

We aim to ensure that your order will reach you within the estimated delivery time specified on the listings (public holidays will affect times, contact us if you need more information) Occasionally there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, if there are any issues with your order we will inform you within 1 working day.

Tracking Information

Please ensure your e-mail address and phone number are accurate as you will be e-mailed the tracking information and your contact number will be passed to the courier.

For all other orders sent using 24hour courier you will be e-mailed the tracking information to follow your order on-line. A signature will be required. If you won’t be home to sign for the item please check the on-line tracking, most couriers will attempt 3 deliveries before returning it, some will take it to a local post office for collection.

Our orders are dispatched by reputable shipping companies who make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We hold trust that our selected Couriers will Deliver Your Parcel Safely. If there are any issues with your delivery, we can assist.

Delivery times are working days which exclude weekends and public holidays. Please enquire before purchasing if you are in a matter of urgency to discuss an express delivery option.

Returns are welcome and accepted by prior arrangement. All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system regards to your return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Exchange - Due to the way our Purchase Order System is set up we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds will be issued for returns and you can re-order the desired item.

The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization letter provided with eBay Returns.

Our Collection Service - we can arrange for your return to be collected for a fee of £12 (weekday only), this may be cheaper for you, contact us to arrange this.

A refund will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents.

Faulty/Incorrect Item - If the item is faulty/incorrect we will arrange to have the item collected from you free of charge (weekdays only). If this is not convenient for you we can refund up to the value of £12 return shipping.

We require the FULL NAME, USER ID, & DELIVERY ADDRESS used on the order, also a brief description on the issue of return when necessary. This will enable us to ensure all returns are resolved quickly and efficiently. Alternatively, please use the eBay returns system for a smooth and organised return experience.

Under no circumstances will Brooks Barn be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.

No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components.
